Faith, Fellowship, and the Great Outdoors

At Rooted Pursuit, everything we do revolves around sharing the life-transforming power of the Gospel. We believe that every person’s ultimate purpose is to know God, love God, glorify God, and to make Him known. While the world offers many pursuits, true satisfaction and fulfillment are found only when we walk in the purpose God has set before us.

Though our purpose is universal, God gives each of us a unique assignment, often tied to the passions He has placed within us. We face a choice: to keep these passions for ourselves, which will never bring lasting joy, or to use them to glorify and honor God. At Rooted Pursuit, we’ve discovered that using our passions for His glory is far more thrilling and fulfilling.

God desires a personal relationship with each of us. In that relationship, we find eternal life (Saved), freedom from our past (Free), and a renewed sense of purpose (Sent). These three truths empower us to live out God's calling and make a lasting impact for His Kingdom. Through our shared passion for the outdoors, we aim to spread the Gospel and invite others into this life-changing journey.

Our theme verse is Jeremiah 16:16:
“But now I will send for many fishermen,” declares the LORD, “and they will catch them. After that I will send for many hunters, and they will hunt them down on every mountain and hill and from the crevices of the rocks.”
